At Markham Family Law we will conduct our initial appointment on a fixed fee to establish the facts, provide initial advice, discuss the options available to you and formulate a way forward. We will then be able to advise on overall costs and discuss with you options for funding your case. It is important to us that you are kept informed about your costs and throughout your case we will provide you with a breakdown of costs incurred and keep you updated on future cost forecasts.
