Markham Family Law is a growing specialist family law practice seeking an experienced Family Law Solicitor to join us as a self-employed consultant.
This is a fully remote position, giving you the flexibility to work entirely from home while benefiting from the support, technology and reputation of an ambitious specialist firm.
The role
You will manage your own privately funded family law caseload, including:
- Divorce and separation
- Financial remedy proceedings
- Private children matters
- Cohabitation disputes
- Prenuptial and postnuptial agreements
- Domestic abuse and injunction applications
We welcome applications from solicitors with an existing client following, as well as those looking to build their practice with the support of an expanding firm.
